Q. Do you offer a next day service

A. Sadly Royal Mail have increased our Tracked 24 service to £10, and we do not feel it fair on our customers so we have removed a Tracked 24 service for the moment.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK ?

A. At the moment we only ship to the UK, however please email steve@shop4scouts.co.uk and Steve will work out the best possible price to ship to you, we never charge extra and always send you the true cost of the shipping.

Q. Your postage charge has increased why ?

A. Royal Mail have increased our Tracked service price to £4.05 so by only charging £2.99 we take a £0.92 hit on every package we send out.

Q. Your postage has gone up again why ?

A. Royal Mail have put a further price rise on us (2nd time this year) up to over £4.50 per parcel, as a small business we have had to look else where for other prices for postage, we are currently using Yodel 72
