Freeze dried to lock in all of the flavours and nutrients, all you have to do is add boiling water and you will have a delicious and filling meal. Weighing in at just 500g per tin, not only are these tins lightweight but they can be stacked on top of each other for super easy storage.
To prepare a single serving, remove 100g of dry mix from the can and bring to the boil 250ml of water. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve!
